The NSMS National Program Management & Mission Execution Center (aPMO™) is the enterprise program-management and mission-execution center responsible for coordinating complex, multidisciplinary biomedical research, engineering, clinical, and technology-transition programs from award through final delivery.

Larry Bartolotti leads NSMS program management and mission-execution activities, including integrated scheduling, program controls, risk management, configuration management, subaward coordination, deliverables, milestones, reviews, and cross-organizational execution.

His work focuses on transforming complex multidisciplinary programs into controlled and accountable execution frameworks in which technical objectives, organizations, resources, schedules, risks, dependencies, and deliverables remain continuously aligned.

Under his leadership, aPMO™ provides the operational infrastructure required to keep NSMS programs integrated, traceable, accountable, on schedule, risk-managed, configuration-controlled, and focused on measurable mission outcomes.
